The cottage is a 5 minute walk away from a five mile stretch of beautiful sandy beach.

This luxury holiday accomodation is suitable for couples and families. It comprises of an entrance hall, a downstairs cloakroom/w/c and an open plan, lounge kitchen diner.

Upstairs there is 1 double bedroom with a sea view towards Filey Bay and 1 twin bedroom. There are flat screen TV/DVD players in both bedrooms and each bedroom has a spacious walk in wardrobe.

There is also a modern family bathroom, which is fully tiled with a raindrops shower.
